Palm Treo 700p Smartphone
Give Review
The Treo 700p still look like its predecessor, the 650 with little changes. The keyboard still same, its small and rounded with slow text input. The button above the keyboard design like you’ll found at the Treo 700w. The processor also not changed, its still powering by 312 MHz like on the 650 and 700w. Its a big mistake, I thought. But, the 320 x 320 pixels screen is so nice. Its so bright and gratifiying to see.
The 128 MB flash memory will give more storage, although its only 62 MB in real after using to the operating system and user storage. (more…)
If you’re looking for a thin smartphone with nice QWERTY keyboard and low price offers, you should take a look at the Motorola Q. And it’s not just thin, with only 4.1 ounces, the Motorola Q is a lighter smartphone compare to other Windows Mobile 5 based smartphone. Motorola build this machine strong and smooth. The design is not exceptional, but with its size, the Q offers something different. The QWERTY keyboard is nice to use but its not too responsive. The keys must pressed firm or you’ll missed some letter when you writing a message or an email. But overall, the keyboard is good. On the back of this machine, there’s the integrated 1.3 megapixel digital camera, flash, speaker and battery compartement.
The Palm Treo 700w doesn’t look that much different from the Treo 650. The design is one-handed operation that very comfortable. The style of the buttons is a little different, and the shape of the casing has been changed slightly, but otherwise the design is very similar. The buttons of the famous thumb keyboard remain similarly sized and well spaced. On the left side is keys of volume slider. Below are a single unmarked button. Maybe for push-to-talk or some similar function. The only function that it does have out of the box is to launch Windows Media Player if it press and hold. On top there are SD slot, IR port, and a simple switch that changes the Treo from ring to vibrate to silence quickly and easily.
TORQ P120 is a a unique Windows Mobile 5 based smartphone. It’s a candybar shaped smartphone with no keyboard and attractive with a matte black color. And it’s small enough to fit in a pocket. The P120’s screen is 2.8 inch LCD with a resolution of 240×320 pixels. It’s very bright, clear and easy to see even with the backlight at half strength. The LED on the right shows charge status and status of the GSM/GPRS radio. The LED on the left of the screen flashes blue when the Bluetooth radio is enabled and flashes amber when the Wifi radio is turned on and with both radios on, the two colors are flashing.
