Toshiba Satellite P35 The Satellite P35 with Intel Pentium 4 processor comes still like other Satellite notebook with black keyboard, silver interior and blue scheme on the top. With 9.5 lbs, this notebook is heavier than other notebook on the market and not easy to carrying this notebook around. It also big with 16.5″ x 11.5″ x 1.57″ size. Some user maybe doesn’t like this size.

The P35 powering by Intel Pentium 4 3.2 GHz backed up by 512 MB of memory. This Pentium 4 show me great performance. Doing multitasking or playing high-end games, the notebook still fast and never gets slow. For storage, the notebook comes with 80 GB, 4200 rpm of hard disk. It’s adequate for me.

The notebook’s screen is 17″ WideScreen. It’s a nice screen with sufficient brightness and color saturation. The screen isn’t great but still nice for playing games or watch movies. Other poor side is the viewing angel which is should be better.

The speakers on this notebook is outstanding compare to other notebook’s speakers. With SRS TruSurroundXT features, the speakers produce loud sound and also nice bass. Watching movies or listening music is amazing and I don’t need any external speakers.

The keyboard is standart and bit wide than other notebook’s keyboard. But it’s still nice and easy to type on. The touchpad is smooth and nice although small. The mouse buttons not that good, with some clicking noise.

This notebook is cool and never gets hot. The fan also doing great job to cooling down the machine.
For wireless, the P35 comes with Atheros SuperG 802.11b/g.

Overall, the Satellite P35 with Intel Pentium 4 is a great performance notebook. It’s also cool and have amazing speakers. The build quality is bad and it’s heavy. But, the P35 still nice and will do great job to replacement your desktop.
