Toshiba Qosmio G35-AV600The Toshiba Qosmio G35-AV600, not like it predecessor the Qosmio G25-AV513, uses Intel Core Duo processor and have a nice feature, fingerprint reader. The notebook comes with glossy silver cover and black color interior, a bit different than it predocessor. The 17″ WideScreen is great, bright and nice to see. Toshiba also doing a good job for the keyboard. Its great for extensive typing and the key travel is good. But, with 9.9 pounds, this notebook is not easy to carrying around.

The Qosmio G35 comes with 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo T2400 processor, backed up by 1 GB of RAM. The performance is good, although not an amazing one. For graphics card, the machine use nVidia GeForce 7800 GTX. This graphics card will give a nice performance for average game, not the hard one. The notebook use 160 GB hard disk, which is more than enough for storage data.

The Qosmio G35 also come with some nice features like fingerprint reader and incorporated quick-launch keys within the touchpad. There’s also some multimedia keys on the notebook, like TV and Media buttons for watch TV or playing DVD without booting, DVD control buttons, and two buttons for adjusting the screen’s brightness.

The battery life is just about 2.5-3 hours under normal use. Most user maybe need more, but I think it’s adequate for this notebook.

Overall, the Qosmio G35-AV600 is good notebook with nice performance and some nice features. It is not the best in its class, but still good and will satisfied you.
