Prime Notebook Computer Review

HP iPaq hw6515 is a solid device. The thumb keyboard is easy to use and the 3 inch screen resolution is 240 x 240. There is a green phone button to enter the phone app and dial a number and red phone button to end a call. The thumbstick is a 4-way directional control with a click action to confirm your choices. On either side of a thumbstick there are a button for Contacts and one to access the Messaging application. There are replaceable lithium-ion battery, the camera lens, a light for the camera, and a nice little convex mirror for self pictures on the back of the phone. On the right side there are the stylus silo and the two slots for the SD card and mini-SD card and the left side is a spring-loaded slider switch to control the volume. And on the bottom there are the headphone / ear bud jack, reset pin, the jack to plug the device in for charging or syncing and a hole for the microphone.

The iPAQ 3 inch QVGA screen was bright and easy to see, even if the backlight. It is perfectly viewable in direct sunlight. It’s good on GSM/GPRS/EDGE networks. The GSM works well and the GPRS absolutely fast. The 64MB of SDRAM and 64MB of flash ROM is not great but still good. The Processor is sufficient and works well for music playing and picture viewing but there’s a lag when playing heavy media. The iPAQ Windows Mobile 2003 is standart and can not upgrade to Windows mobile 2005. To sync just connect the USB cable between the computer and the base. The SD slot and a mini SD slot is standart and the bluetooth allows for expansion.

The iPAQ sound is really good with amazing volume. But the maximum volume just for outdoor, it’s too powerfull inside. The Battery life is standart with 2-3 days for standart use. The iPAQ is not to small size but still nice. The camera is not amazing. It’s like other phone camera. But in outdoor it’s still works well.
The Hp iPAQ 6515 is easy to use and the thumbstick is nice. The size is good and the processor and networks work well. The battery life is good and screen is nice.
